I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team for yesterday! I have had lots of positive feedback about the Mermaid from my colleagues saying that everyone was so helpful and made our lives so much easier. Nothing was too much and everyone was so approachable. We were set up and ready by 9.15am which is a first. Usually by 11am we are still running around trying to get everything in place before the delegates start to arrive. Without you guys this would never have happened.

We held an event for 350 employees, guests and sponsors at The Mermaid using the majority of their space. I highly recommend The Mermaid as a conference venue, and will definitely use it again.
In comparison to other venues I have used, the service was extremely efficient both in the run up to the event and on the day. As an organiser, they took many of the logistical tasks away from me, allowing me time to concentrate on the production and attendees. This was over and above the service I expected. The staff genuinely seemed to care about the venue and our event – this came across strongly.
