The Mermaid is delighted to announce that Magdalena Ploska has been promoted to Assistant General Manager. Magdalena started working in the Hospitality sector in March 2008 and joined the team at The Mermaid in December 2009 as a supervisor. Her leadership, venue knowledge, approachable personality and passion for delivering excellent events has been well recognised thus warranting her promotion.
Magdalena is looking forward to her new challenges, she said “I have learnt many new skills in the last year and going forward I will be able to consolidate them and develop a new team to push The Mermaid forward.”
